• Semaglutide pricing plans are based on the maximum dose of .5 mg.  Higher dosing will increase the plan cost accordingly.

• Tirzepatide pricing plans are based on the maximum dose of 5 mg.  Higher dosing will increase the plan cost accordingly.   

^^^Ultimate Plan includes monthly shipping.  The patient commits to 12 months of medical weight loss therapy.  No extra cost.  The patient is not obligated beyond 12 months.  The same maximum dose limitations apply to semaglutide and tirzepatide, as stated above, for all pricing plans.  

******Silver Plan requires a minimum commitment of two (2) weekly injections before cancellation or plan upgrade.

***Gold and Platinum plans do not include a separate pharmacy shipping charge ranging from $25 per monthly order
